Our Founder

With over two decades of experience, Sushant has shaped the design DNA of global brands and built world-class design teams from the ground up. A self-taught designer with humble beginnings, he brings a rare mix of strategic vision, entrepreneurial instinct, and hands-on craft to everything he does.

Sushant’s mission is both ambitious and personal. He aims to influence design at its roots by rethinking how it’s practised, led, and taught to shape the next generation of design entrepreneurs.

His approach to leadership goes beyond boardrooms and pixels. It is grounded in curiosity, empathy, and a constant drive to learn.

In a unique initiative that combined research and social impact, he travelled across India on two wheels to study human behaviour in diverse communities. Along the way, he championed indie dog adoption, gaining national media attention.

More than a designer, Sushant is a builder, a storyteller, and a lifelong learner who believes design, when practiced with intent and integrity, has the power to transform both business and society.
