Niravi is a heritage bungalow in the heart of Jaipur, home to five generations of a Rajput family with deep roots in the Indian armed forces. Originally built as a private residence nearly 40 years ago, it has now been lovingly transformed into a boutique hotel—without altering its soul.
The family’s decision to preserve the bungalow, rather than sell to developers, was a heartfelt one. It’s not just a property—it’s where stories live, memories linger, and legacy breathes.
With Niravi Jaipur, the brief wasn’t just about building a brand. It was about translating the feeling of pride, nostalgia, and belonging into an experience that could be shared with the world.
We spent time learning about the family—about old gardens and laughter-filled verandahs, and the strength of three sisters and their mother who chose preservation over profit. This wasn’t just a hotel. It was a story waiting to be told, with warmth and dignity.
We worked closely with the family to shape Niravi’s identity—from the name to the visual language. Over time, the work expanded to cover:
Niravi Jaipur today has a serenity that speaks for itself. It stands apart from typical Rajasthani hotels with its European-style architecture, open green spaces, and thoughtful experiences.
It’s a place where every room has a pool view, where guests are welcomed not as tourists, but as part of the home.
And for us, this was more than just a branding project. It ended with a heartfelt invitation to stay at the bungalow itself—a retreat that felt less like a work trip, and more like coming full circle.
